Meet our team

Administrator

  • More than 20 years of experience in creating unique customer experience strategies, advising on complex deal making, C-suite coaching, and company-wide change management.
  • Ingird’s core competency is B2B sales and marketing, data management, digital marketing, and growth hacking. First-hand knowledge of the market opportunity of lean tech startups.
  • She has been active in the management team for companies such as KPMG, AON, and as a consultant on a wide range of listed companies.

Creation + Strategy / Founder

  • More than 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, design, brand creation, and product development for local and international brands.
  • Tim has been working for leading European advertising agencies as creative, and was executive creative director of Famous Grey Brussels, resulting in becoming one of the most awarded Belgian creatives and strategists.
  • He has developed marketing strategies for brands such as Lee Jeans, AB InBev, Hyundai, Coca-Cola, Engie, Bacardi-Martini, Toyota, Delta Lloyd, and Deutsche Bank, … and is a thought leader in the area of marketing innovation and digital products.

Sales + Growth

  • More than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and go-to-market. 
  • Christian started his career in the technology section of Procter & Gamble BeNeLux HQ. After having spent 5 years, he joined a Belgian Fast 50 tech company that had been looking for internationalisation. He then joined Canon where he has been active in introducing new solutions in the Southern territories, operating out of Brussels.
  • New market penetration is still one of his strengths. Christian’s main focus are consumer electronics and hardware products.

Fabrizio Miazzetto

IP Law / Founder

  • More than 20 years of experience in the legal profession and Intellectual Property in several renowned law firms such as Jacobacci & Partners, Bardehle Pagenberg, Salvador Ferrandis & Partners, FJF Legal, and Baylos.
  • Fabrizio has been counseling, prosecuting, and litigating before EU Courts in all matters of Intellectual Property on behalf of clients from all over the world.
  • His expertise includes setting up technology licensing and trademark-based franchising programs, transfer of technology, unfair competition, and advertising laws as well as e-commerce and related laws.

Monah Legat

Marketing + Social Media

  • More than 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, digital strategy, copywriting, and social media. She is renowned for crafting narratives that resonate, inspiring action. 
  • Monah has a proven track record of global, regional, and local marketing success across diverse industries and countries. Her experience includes steering the marketing operations of American Express in Brazil, for example. 
  • Monah brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic mindset, cultivated through her global travels and experience championing multicultural and cross-functional teams. Having lived on all continents and visited 50+ countries, she brings a unique perspective to different businesses worldwide.

Daphné Vandycke

Digital Marketing + Operations

  • 1O years of experience in online and offline marketing, lead generation, ATL & BTL campaign planning, and client service management
  • Daphné has been working in advertising agencies in Belgium and managed her own digital marketing agency in Lisbon, Portugal. Among the clients she worked for are McCain, Visma Yuki, OPPO smartphones, Duvel, and Unilever. 
  • Daphné brings a unique blend of a strategic mindset and flawless project management to the table. She is always striving for extraordinary client service and doesn’t rest before her projects are brought to a successful end. 

Stefano

Marketing

  • More than 10 years of experience in online and offline marketing, involved in the creation and management of international brands in a variety of industries (cosmetics, insurance, finance, consumer goods, services...)
  • Seasoned in both strategic and tactical marketing. Knows how to create brand concepts and theory and also build the brand tools and channels that bring the brand to life
  • Skills include: marketing research, marketing reports, creative brand concepts, brand design, storytelling, copywriting, website design, digital advertising, social media, marketing analytics
  • Storyteller at heart - always looks for the deeper meaning and how to create a more impactful brand message
  • Native fluency in 6 languages, having lived in 6 different countries, for always more than 2 years in each. Truly international mindset that understands cultural nuances and knows how to adapt to different thinking patterns
