BlueBrixx is a German brand of building blocks that are compatible with LEGO. They produce a wide variety of bricks and brick building sets, including themed sets, vehicles, and architectural models. BlueBrixx sets are known for their high-quality bricks and affordable prices, making them a popular choice among fans of bricks. In Europe, BlueBrixx has become the biggest competitor of LEGO. Nevertheless, chances are you’ve never heard of BlueBrixx.

The Challenge

BlueBrixx has been growing extremely fast in Germany. However, outside of Germany, they are pretty much unknown. How can we help BlueBrixx grow, enter new markets, and become a global brand?

The Solution

BlueBrixx is a company in transition. Because the newly appointed CEO has a full-time job guiding the company safely through this impactful transition, he asked us to have a closer look at the brand and go-to-market strategy and present a hands-on plan to the board. After a deep real-time data driven market and competitor analysis, we have developed a new brand strategy and positioning, applied to the different selected personae.
