Real estate company Accademia Frimm Milano has been active in Italy for over 20 years, making it one of the main and established players in Italy.

La loro missione è semplice: aiutare le persone a realizzare i loro progetti e investimenti immobiliari. Con oltre 2.700 agenti e broker, la società gestisce circa 40.000 opportunità per i suoi clienti sotto forma di case, appartamenti e altri edifici.

Tuttavia, non tutti i progetti vanno a ruba. Un modernissimo condominio alla periferia di Milano, ad esempio, ha più di 40 appartamenti, ma è difficile venderli, rischiando un valore complessivo di 21 milioni di euro.

Frimm Academy vuole vendere 40 appartamenti di lusso in una zona non proprio lussuosa di Milano.

The Result

Dal 1st of October 2021 to the 22nd of December 2021, we delivered 303 leads through Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads. Out of these 303, 53 leads have been marked “interested” by the Estate Agency Agents. 36 out of 53 leads have booked an appointment to visit the showcase flat.

Considering the budget available, and the units sold, the ROI has been around 50/1, considering the combination of the different channels and strategies applied.
